Power FM Ballarat: East West Joy for Ballarat drivers. 7 August 2014
The Napthine Government says Ballarat drivers will see big time savings thanks to the East West Link.
Unveiling their study this morning, the Western section will cut commutes by 15 minutes.
With more savings through Melbourne, Transport Minister Terry Mulder says that will be huge
“It’s going to be a seamless travel and this is what it means to people coming in from the regions from Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong”
“Anyone who’s relied solely on the West Gate Bridge knows that’s not going to stack up in the future”
Drivers are also expected to save at least 27 minutes heading into the City.
