Victorian budget 2015: Over $500m for 100,000 new jobs and limited tax relief

The 2015 Victorian budget focuses on helping some of the state's 500,000 small businesses through limited tax relief and red tape reductions, and more than $500 million will go into an investment fund aimed at creating jobs in high-growth sectors.
