Victorian Greens leader Greg Barber said the Napthine government should release its economic appraisal of the impact of the 18-kilometre East West link, saying the toll road would “destroy” property values.
City of Melbourne finance and governance chairman Cr Stephen Mayne said the discount to the Toll site was a “surprisingly large adjustment”.
Planning Minister Matthew Guy and Transport Minister Terry Mulder both declined to comment.
